About the event
Join us on Tuesday 23 September 2025, 5:30–8:00pm at the Pakistan Community Centre, Derby for a DHIP celebration.
This event will shine a spotlight on the work of our community connectors – people rooted in Derby’s neighbourhoods who are helping to tackle health inequalities by building trust, sharing lived experience and shaping local solutions.
We’ll launch highlights from our Impact Report, hear stories from community members and show what community-centred working looks like in practice.
