DHIP Celebration Event & Impact Report Launch

On 23 September, we held our first Community Celebration Event to honour our wonderful community connectors and launch our Impact Report for 2024/25. Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark the occasion!

Our community connectors continue to play a pivotal role in promoting health education and awareness, supporting individuals and families where it matters most - at grassroots level.

It was lovely to see all the connectors being presented with framed certificates in recognition of their amazing work, and to hear from several groups about the incredible impact their work has had on our communities.

We also enjoyed a spoken word performance by poet Priya Gill and some fabulous food!
