Funding Opportunity: Your Sexual Health Matters - The Community Action Fund

Applications are now open for the sexual health 2026 Community Action Fund – closing Monday 12 January 2026.

The Community Action Fund helps local groups promote healthier sexual health behaviours across our communities, particularly those at risk of poor sexual health outcomes.

This year’s priorities:

• Raise awareness of sexual health & STI screening

• Improve access to screening & supplies

• Innovate with hard-to-reach communities

Funding available:

• Tier One – Microgrant (£500): direct delivery of screening (25+ screens in 12 months, free training provided)

• Tier Two – Project Grant (up to £2,500): community-led projects promoting sexual health & wellbeing (training + flexibility to design creative outreach)

The Your Sexual Health Matters service is funded by Derbyshire County Council, Derby City Council and delivered by Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust.
