DHIP wins NHS Communicate Award!

The NHS Communicate Awards is a virtual event to to recognise the achievements of communicators across the NHS and celebrate innovation in the sector, teams and individuals who have delivered highly effective communications, to support delivery at a local, regional and national level.

The 2024 Awards took place on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 March and we won the Working in Partnership Award! This was for the 'Hypertension, going further and faster' work we did in partnership with the NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board.

The Working in Partnership Award recognises communications teams who have successfully worked collaboratively and in partnership with other organisations e.g. social care, local authorities, charitable and voluntary sectors and private on a successful communications and engagement project or campaign.

BBC East Midlands also recently visited us to film a piece on the project - you can read about that here
